At Belle & Bark, we’re committed to getting your dog’s box of joy delivered quickly, reliably, and with care. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when we ship.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand soon.

Shipping Method & Cost

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Shipping is free on all orders, including subscriptions and one-time boxes.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

First-Time Orders and One-Off Boxes:

• Your first box or gift order is dispatched the next working day after purchase.

Subscription Orders:

• Following your first box, all recurring subscription boxes are dispatched around the 15th of each month.
• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your box is on its way.

Delivery Time

Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen postal delays.
