Your first box is dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and delivery usually takes 2 business days. Subscription boxes are sent around the 15th of each month, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way. Shipping is always free within the UK.

If something arrives damaged, we’ll replace it right away. Changed your mind? No problem — you can return unused, unopened items within 3 days of delivery. Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty. Just email us and we’ll help.

Each box includes 2 high-quality toys and 3 natural treats, carefully selected for your dog’s size and needs. We also offer optional wellness add-ons at a discounted rate—perfect for pups needing extra joint care, calming support, or digestive help.
How do I choose the right box size for my dog?
We offer three box sizes:
- Small (up to 10kg) – for dogs like Pugs or Dachshunds
- Medium (10–25kg) – for breeds like Cockapoos or Cocker Spaniels
- Large (25kg+) – for bigger pups like Labradors or XL Bullies
Just select your dog’s size, and we’ll handle the rest.
How does the subscription work?
You can choose to receive a box:
- Every month
- Every 2 months
- Or as a one-time purchase
There are no commitments—you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Can I customise my box?
Yes! During checkout, you’ll be asked a few quick questions about your dog’s preferences. Plus, you can choose to add discounted wellness items like pumpkin & probiotics, bone broth, or calming toppers.
